Our Ethos
At St. Paul’s pre-school our Christian beliefs are the foundation of our ethos. We are fully committed to an inclusive provision and practice.
We aim to provide a nurturing environment for 2-4 year olds.
Our provision is informed by children’s interests and curiosity. It builds upon their previous experiences and learning within the family.
We believe children are enthusiastic and receptive learners who need time, space and security to experience things at first hand – through play.

The Free Entitlement Grant is 15 hours, available for all children the term after their third birthday.
We accept 30-hour funding (extended FE), subject to your eligibility. You can find out more about the offer at www.beststartinlife.gov.uk

St. Paul's Pre-school is now part of Operation Encompass.
This is a collaboration between the police and educational settings to create an early intervention partnership which supports children who witness domestic violence and abuse. More information is available on https://www.operationencompass.org
